Platinum Upgrade and Renewal for Suppliers Now in PhilGEPS!
Starting February 3, 2020, suppliers who wish to upgrade or renew their membership to Platinum can now do so in the Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
Preparing for the Update
- All suppliers will receive a default password that they can use to login to the Modernized PhilGEPS in their registered email address on February 3, 2020.
- The username will be the same as the current one used by suppliers when logging in to the old version of PhilGEPS website.
- When suppliers login for the first time to the Modernized PhilGEPS website, they will be redirected to the edit user profile and/or organization profile page to update their records. All mandatory fields need to be filled out.
Upgrading and Renewing Platinum Membership
- Suppliers can upgrade or renew their Platinum membership using the current process until January 31, 2020, 5:00PM (Local Time).
- Suppliers cannot upgrade or renew their Platinum membership from January 31, 2020, 5:01 PM (Local Time) until February 3, 2020, 5:00 AM (Local Time).
- On February 3, 2020, 5:01 AM (Local Time) onwards, all registered suppliers are required to upgrade or renew their Platinum membership through the Modernized PhilGEPS website.
