Pending Tasks

This is the first page you'll see once you log into GEPS. This page provides an overall view of tasks that require your attention. For each category, the table provides the corresponding number of tasks that have yet to be completed.

PENDING ORDERS	This pending task is a reminder to complete the process of ordering a bid document(s). This shows the number of orders that have been requested but not processed. Follow the link to either complete the order process or delete the request.
INVITATIONS TO BID	This pending task alerts you to the number of invitations from buyers to participate in their bids. Follow the link to view a list of opportunities that you have been invited to.
BID MATCHES	This pending task alerts you to the total number of opportunities that have been matched to your bid match profile. Follow the link to view a full list of opportunities that match your bid match profile. If you have yet to set your bid match profile, please click on Not Set to complete your bid match profile.
SINCE LAST LOGIN	This pending task alerts you to open opportunities that match your bid match profile since your last login. Follow the link to view new open opportunities that match your bid match profile.
AWARD/SHORTLIST NOTICES	This pending task alerts you to the number of award or shortlist notices that have been awarded to you. Follow the link to view a list of award or shortlist notices that have been awarded to you.
