ORGANIZATION NAME
System displays the name of the organization posting the award.
CONTACT NAME
System displays the name of the contact person from the organization.
SOLICITATION NUMBER
System displays the solicitation number for the notice.
APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT/ ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR THE
CONTRACT
System displays the approved budget for the notice or the Estimated Value in
case of programs or projects funded by the Multilateral Development Banks (MDB)
specifically Worldbank and Asian Development Bank.
AWARD NOTICE NUMBER
System displays the award notice number. A system generated number assigned to
each award notice created and increments to the next higher number.
TITLE OF AWARD NOTICE
System displays the title of the award notice.
CONTRACT NUMBER
System displays Contract Number for each awarded item. This field is only
displayed when the Buyer updates the award notice (with a "Posted" status) to
reflect the Proceed Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date.
PROCEED DATE
System displays the proceed date for the award notice.
CONTRACT START DATE
System displays the contract start date.
CONTRACT END DATE
System displays the contract end date.
ITEM NUMBER
System displays the item number. Applies to Award Notices for Line Item. System
increments the item number to the next higher number.
PRODUCT/ SERVICE NAME
System displays the name of the product.
DESCRIPTION
System displays a description of the Product or Service Name for each Line
item.
QUANTITY
System displays the quantity required for the Line item.
UOM
System displays the unit of measure(UOM) for the Line item.
AWARDEES
System displays the Supplier Organization that was awarded the item or
contract.
ADDRESS
System displays the address of the Supplier Organization that was awarded the
contract.
CONTACT PERSON
System displays the contact person of the Supplier Organization that was
awarded the contract.
CORPORATE TITLE
System displays the corporate title of the contact person.
STATUS
System displays the status of the notice whether "Posted", "Cancelled",
"In-Preparation".
AWARD DATE
System displays the award date in DD/MM/YYYY.
PUBLISH DATE
System displays the publish date in DD/MM/YYYY.
ASSOCIATED COMPONENT
System indicates Yes if there are associated components, and No if
there are none.
