The PS-PhilGEPS will provide and implement a total e-Government procurement solution and achieve transparency in all stages of government procurement with the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS). The mPhilGEPS will soon be launching the Electronic Bidding Facility consistent with its commitment to an improved public procurement process. Similarly, an eMarketplace Facility will be introduced as a platform to publish non-common use goods, supplies, equipment, and materials in the catalogue. In view of this, the PS-PhilGEPS would like to invite you to participate in a short survey to evaluate the level of preparedness of Government Agencies and Merchants on the use of mPhilGEPS. The Procurement Service – PhilGEPS is inviting all personnel from the Government and Private sector, especially those involved in the public procurement process, to answer our PhilGEPS Platinum membership survey form below. The provided questionnaire for both merchants and government agencies aim to get an insight on the benefits of the Platinum membership for both stakeholders and to solicit feedback on various aspects of the membership.

Effective 20 October 2020, the PhilGEPS Bid Match Mobile App will be available for download at the PhilGEPS website (www.philgeps.gov.ph) for free! This new facility opens a new channel for receiving bid match notifications on government procurement projects posted in the PhilGEPS website by different government agencies, local government units (LGUs) and barangays nationwide. Effective 03 February 2020, all Platinum Membership upgrades and renewals are being processed in the new Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (MPhilGEPS). The new version of the system now features a facility for government agencies to view and validate the PhilGEPS Certificate of Platinum Membership of merchants.
