Supplier Organization Directories

SUPPLIER ORGANIZATION DIRECTORIES

This allows you to add suppliers to the Document Request List / Award Notice.

To search for an organization, select City, Province or Name from the drop-down menu, enter search keywords, and click Search.

You may also search for a supplier using the Alphabet Menu or browse by Page Number.

To view supplier's organization profile, click on the Name of the Organization.

For Document Request List :

To add suppliers to the Document Request List, select an organization(s) by using the checkbox and click Add to DRL.

To add a joint venture, click Add Manually.

For Award Notice :

Select supplier for award, select an organization by using the checkbox and click on submit.

To return to the previous page, click Cancel.

NAME OF ORGANIZATION	System displays the name of the supplier's organization.
LOCATION	System displays the location of the supplier's organization.
