AWARD NOTICES

This page displays a list of award notices. Award notices are created to inform everyone which supplier won the contract and how much is the winning bid.

To perform a simple search, enter keyword(s) in the search field and click the Search button. Results will be retrieved and populated on the screen according to the search criteria. Should the keywords not match any award notices, the system will display No Record Found.

To perform a detailed search, click Detailed Search.

You may also search for award notices using either the Alphabet Menu or the Page Index.

The table below lists the data fields that are displayed in this page:

SEQUENCE NUMBER	System displays the system-generated list sequence number. Label of this field is not displayed. A maximum of twenty (20) opportunities will be displayed per page.
AWARD NOTICE NUMBER	System displays the reference ID of the award notice.
AWARD DATE	System displays the date the award notice is published. The date format is in DD/MM/YYYY.
REFERENCE NUMBER	System displays the reference ID of the bid notice. Click on the reference number to view Bid Notice Abstract.
TITLE	System displays the title of the award notice. Click on the title to view Award Notice Abstract Page.
SUPPLIER NAME	System displays the name of the winning bidder.
