DOCUMENT COLLECTION

This page allows you to change the collection status of the bid document. You may select more than one bid document to be collected using the checkbox, enter the name of the person who collected the document, and select the date of collection using the calendar icon. Click on the Submit button to acknowledge the collection of the documents by the supplier. The selected bid document(s) will display all that information under Collected By and Collection Date.

To return to the previous page, click Close.

SELECT Check the box next to the document you would like change the collection status.

DOCUMENT NAME

System displays the name of the document.

DATE AVAILABLE

System displays the date on which the document is available for collection.
COLLECTED BY System displays the name of the person who collected the document.
COLLECTION DATE

System displays the date on which the document was collected.

COLLECTED BY Please enter the name of the person who collected the document.
COLLECTED DATE Please enter the date on which the document was collected by using the calendar icon.
