DOCUMENT COLLECTION This page allows you to change the collection status of the bid document. You may select more than one bid document to be collected using the checkbox, enter the name of the person who collected the document, and select the date of collection using the calendar icon. Click on the Submit button to acknowledge the collection of the documents by the supplier. The selected bid document(s) will display all that information under Collected By and Collection Date. To return to the previous page, click Close.
