VIEW OWN PROFILE

This page displays your profile and it contains information about you that you may update by clicking the Update button.

To view your organization's profile, click on the name of your organization.

To return to the My Profile menu, click Cancel.

ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
ORGANIZATION NAME	System displays the name of the organization.
CONTACT INFORMATION
CONTACT NAME	System displays your Salutation Title, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name.
DESIGNATION/CORPORATE TITLE	System displays your designation or corporate title.
ROLE	System displays your role in GEPS. For example, Supplier, Buyer, Buyer Coordinator, Supplier Coordinator.
REGISTRATION DATE	System displays the date on which you registered into the GEPS. The format is DD/MM/YYYY.
CONTACT STATUS	System displays your status, either Active or Inactive.
STATUS DATE	The date that the above status is effective from.
SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS	System displays Yes you have accepted the terms and conditions, or No if you have not.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS SIGNED DATE	If you have accepted the terms and conditions, the system displays the date on which it was accepted.
USER ID	System displays your user id.
TELEPHONE NUMBER	System displays your telephone number in this format: Country code - Area code - Telephone Number, and Ext Number. You may not edit the country code.
MOBILE NUMBER	System displays your mobile number.
FAX NUMBER	System displays your fax number in this format: Country code - Area code - Fax Number. You may not edit the country code.
EMAIL ADDRESS	System displays your email address.
CONTACT ADDRESS
CONTACT ADDRESS	System displays your address in this format: Street Address, City / Municipality, Province, Region, Country, Zip Code.
SECURITY QUESTION
PHONE SUPPORT ID	System displays your phone support id for security purposes.
BIRTHDATE	System displays your birthdate for security purposes.
MOTHER'S FULL MAIDEN NAME	System displays your mother's full maiden name for security purposes.
