organization.
To save changes to your profile, click Submit.
To reset information in your profile to its original state, click Cancel.

REGISTRATION DATE
System displays the date on which you registered into the GEPS. The format is
DD/MM/YYYY.
ROLE
System displays your role in GEPS. For example, Supplier, Buyer, Buyer
Coordinator, Supplier Coordinator.
CONTACT STATUS
System displays your status, either Active or Inactive.
STATUS DATE
The date that the above status is effective from.
SIGNED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
System displays Yes you have accepted the terms and conditions, or No
if you have not.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS SIGNED DATE
If you have accepted the terms and conditions, the system displays the date on
which it was accepted.
USER ID
System displays your user id.
DESIGNATION/CORPORATE TITLE
You may change your designation/corporate title.
SALUTATION
You may change your salutation using the drop-down menu.
FIRST NAME
You may change your first name.
MIDDLE NAME
You may change your middle name.
LAST NAME
You may change your last name.
TELEPHONE NUMBER
You may change your telephone number in this format: Country code – Area
code – Telephone Number, Ext Number. However, you may not change the
country code.
MOBILE PHONE NUMBER
You may change your mobile phone number.
FAX NUMBER
You may change your fax number in this format: Country code – Area code
– Telephone Number. However, you may not change the country code.
EMAIL ADDRESS
You may change your email address. Please ensure that your email address has:
• at least one @ and one period (.)
• at least one character before the period (.)
• at least one character before and after each period (.)

System displays your Country.
