VIEW ORGANIZATION HISTORY

This page allows you to view the history of changes made on your organization profile. The system will display the three most recent records.

Click the date under the column Date Updated to view the organization profile from the selected date.

DATE UPDATED System displays the date when the organization profile has been updated.

UPDATED BY

 System displays the user name of the person who updated the organization profile.
ORGANIZATION STATUS System displays the status of the organization on the date the profile was updated. System will display either  Active or Cancelled.
REASON

System displays the reason for the update.
