MY FREQUENTLY USED LIST

This page allows you to add line items to a bid notice.

Select items and click Submit to add them to your bid notice.

Select items and click Delete to remove all the selected items from the list.

To return to the previous page, click Back.

SELECT User may select items to be deleted by clicking on the checkbox.

ITEM NO.

 System increments to the next number for the item for bid.
PRODUCT/SERVICE NAME User enters the product or service name.
UOM User enters the unit of measure for the item.
DESCRIPTION Description for line items.
BUDGET If one of the Budget fields is filled, it becomes a mandatory field for all the line items. System has to check that the Total of all the Budget fields does not exceed the approved budget for the notice or contact.
