This page allows you to add bid supplements to a bid notice.
First, select the type the of bid supplement using the
radio buttons. You have a choice between Addendum and Clarification.
You may upload attachments for both Addendum and
Clarification. To add associated components, both Electronic
and Non-Electronic, to the bid supplement, click Add Associated
Components.
To return to the previous page, click Cancel.
To continue, click Done.
Users will be notified about the bid supplement through
email and the pending task.
ADDENDUM
BID SUPPLEMENT NUMBER
The system will generate and display the bid supplement number.
This is a unique number which consists of the bid notice reference
number plus an additional two (2) digits.
TITLE
Please enter a title for this bid supplement.
AREA OF DELIVER/LOCATION
System defaults to the area of delivery of the
original bid.
DELIVERY PERIOD/CONTRACT DURATION
System defaults to the delivery period of the bid.
CONTACT PERSON
System defaults to the contact person of the original bid.
DESCRIPTION
You may enter a description for the bid supplement.
CLARIFICATION
BID SUPPLEMENT NUMBER
The system will generate and display the bid supplement number.
This is a unique number which consists of the bid notice reference
number plus an additional two (2) digits.
TITLE
Please enter a title for this bid supplement.
CONTACT PERSON
System defaults to the contact person of the original bid.
REMARKS
You may enter remarks pertaining to the bid supplement.
