LINE ITEMS

This page allows you to add line items to a bid notice.

Click Save to save all the line items in this bid notice for future use, and these line items will be reflected for this bid notice.

Click Delete to remove all the selected items from the list.

To add the selected item(s) to your frequently used list, click Frequently Used List. You are allowed to add maximum of 10 items to the list.

This function enables the user to select item(s) from frequently used List to the line items

To select item(s) from your frequently used list, click Select from Frequently Used List.

To add another line of items, click Add Items.

SELECT User may select items to be deleted by clicking on the checkbox.

ITEM NO.

System increments to the next number for the item for bid.
PRODUCT/SERVICE NAME User enters the product or service name.
QUANTITY

User enters the number of items required.

UOM User enters the unit of measure for the item.
DESCRIPTION Description for line items.
BUDGET If one of the Budget fields is filled, it becomes a mandatory field for all the line items. System has to check that the Total of all the Budget fields does not exceed the approved budget for the notice or contact.
