in ascending order of up to 20 records.
You may search for contacts with the search tool and clicking
on Search. Click Reset to clear all search fields and start
over.
You may also search using the Alphabet Menu or browse
by clicking on page numbers.
Click on the name of the contact to view the contact person's
profile.
SEARCH FIELD
LAST NAME
Please enter the contact person's last name. Leave this
field blank to display all last names.
FIRST NAME
Please enter the contact person's first name. Leave this field blank
to display all first names.
ORGANIZATION NAME
Please enter keywords pertaining to the contact person's organization
name.
REGISTRATION DATE FROM/TO
You may enter the registration date range using
the calendar icon. The format for this is: DD/MM/YYYY.
REGION
You may select the region using the drop-down menu.
PROVINCE
You may select the province using the drop-down menu.
CITY/MUNICIPALITY
You may select the city/municipality using the drop-down menu.
DISPLAY FIELDS
TOTAL NUMBER OF RECORD(S)
System displays the total number of organizations found.
CONTACT NAME
System displays the name of the contact person sorted by Last name,
then first name, then middle name. Click on the name of the contact
person to view his/her profile.
ORGANIZATION NAME
System displays the name of the contact person's organization.
LOCATION
System displays the location of the contact person.
