SHORTLIST SUPPLIERS

This page displays information on the bid notice and the list of suppliers to be shortlisted.

Click Save to save the information and notify shortlisted suppliers of their status.

Click Continue to notify shortlisted suppliers of their status without saving the information.

To amend the list of suppliers and to return to the previous page, click Back to Bidder's List.

REFERENCE NUMBER System displays the reference number of the bid notice.

TITLE

 System displays the title of the bid notice.
CATEGORY System displays the category of the bid notice.
APPROVED BUDGET OF THE CONTRACT

System displays the approved budget of the contract for the bid notice.
ITEM NO. System displays the item number. This is generated automatically by the system.
PRODUCT NAME System displays the product name of the item.
QUANTITY System displays the quantity of the items to be purchased.

UOM

 System displays the unit of measurement.

BUDGET

 System displays approved budget per lot or line item.
SHORTLISTED Shortlisted suppliers for the bid notice will be displayed for the notice or per line items.
