Description
|
The BARANGAY VILLAMONTE, Bacolod City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS-registered contractors with a valid and current Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License appropriate for the contract to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Rehabilitation of the Barangay Command Center.
The project consists of the provision of labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other incidentals necessary for the Improvement of Public Market in Barangay Villaonte, including general requirements, electrical works, mechanical works, and finishing/civil works. The scope of work includes general scaffolding and project billboard/signage; installation of conduits, boxes and fittings, wires and wiring devices, panelboard with main and branch breakers, lighting fixtures and lamps; installation of split-type air-conditioning units; fabrication and installation of stainless steel and tiled countertops, metal framing with fiber cement board, aluminum-framed tempered glass doors and fixed tempered glass panels; painting works for wood and steel; aluminum composite panel (ACP) cladding; structural steel trusses; folding/retractable steel grills; and all other related works necessary for the successful completion of the project in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and contract documents.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the applicable procurement rules and regulations.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and inspect or purchase the Bidding Documents during office hours from 8:00AM - 5:00 PM at the Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City.
