-PROJECT BILLBOARD
-STRUCTURE EXCAVATION
-STRUCTURAL CONCRETE
-STRUCTURAL CONCRETE (FOOTINGS AND SLAB ON FILL)
-STRUCTURAL CONCRETE (COLUMNS)
-STRUCTURAL CONCRETE (BEAMS/GIRDERS)
-REINFORCING STEEL (DEFORMED) GRADE 40
-FORMWORKS AND FALSEWORKS
-INSTALLATION OF PIPELINE
-METAL STRUCTURE ACCESSORIES
OTHER INFORMATION
-All interested PCAB Licensed Contractors are advised to inquire at the Municipal Engineering Office for verification of plans, specifications, items of work and other matters pertaining to this procurement;
-All interested PCAB Licensed Contractors are advised to conduct project site inspection before participating in the procurement process;
-All construction Schedule and S-Curve must be properly done. Quarterly accomplishment must be clearly reflected (e.g. One (1) month project - per week accomplishment should be reflected);
- All interested PCAB Licensed Contractors are advised to attend the pre-bid conference;
- All interested Firms/ Suppliers are advised to attend the pre-bid conference
- In All BAC activities, participating proprietors should present their valid IDs. Representatives participating in behalf of the company should be a permanent employee and should present a NOTARIZED AUTHORITY together with his/her Valid ID. The Required documents should be presented to the BAC Secretariat before the start of the BAC activity.
-The Municipality of Kapangan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
