Terms of Reference
CONCESSION AND OPERATIONS OF THE PSHS-MC CANTEEN


The procedures that will be followed in connection with Concession and Operations of the Philippine Science High School Main Campus Canteen are described in these Terms of Reference (TOR).


I. GENERAL INFORMATION

A. Publication to Invitation to Bid. PSHS-MC shall publish the Invitation to Bid on its website and post it in any visible location reserved for this purpose in the premises of PSHS-MC to invite bidders to participate in the Public Bidding substantially in the form hereto attached as “Annex A”.
B. Amendment to TOR. Should any of the information and/or procedures contained in this TOR be amended or replaced, all prospective bidders shall be notified of such amendments or replacements through the issuance of appropriate Bid Bulletin. To ensure that all prospective bidders are notified of any amendment, all prospective bidders are requested to provide PSHS-MC with their authorized representative’s phone number and email address, if any.

D. Detailed Procedures
D.1. Issuance of TOR. The prospective bidder shall secure a copy of the TOR from the SSD Secretariat between 7:00 am to 4:00 pm from May 15, 2024 – June 30, 2024, Mondays through Fridays at the PSHS-MC Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, or by downloading https://bit.ly/PSHSMC_CANTEEN_TOR.

D.2. Submission of Bids. Sealed bids addressed to the PSHS-MC SSD Chief shall be submitted on or before June 30, 2024 between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm c/o Mr. Azlek Owen B. Tan, 1/F Procurement Unit, Admin Building, PSHS-MC, Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

D.3. Notice of Award. Upon finalization of scores from the selection criteria, the Student Services Division shall issue Notice of the Award to the winning bidder/s.
