INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Local Government of Mabalacat City, Pampanga through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:
Name of Contract : PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO BE USED FOR THE CLOUD TECHNOLOGY COLOCATION AND CENTRAL DATABASE CENTER OF COVID-19 VACCINATION DATABASE SYSTEM OF MABALACAT CITY

Brief Description : The Office of the City Mayor of the LGU-Mabalacat City
require the Procurement of IT Equipment and Supplies to be used for the Cloud Technology Colocation and Central Database Center of Covid-19 Vaccination Database System of Mabalacat City
ABC for Contract : P 1,585,000.00
Duration : 45 calendar days________________________________________
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)

Bid Documents will be available only to perspective bidders upon payment of non-refundable amount of P5,000.00 to the Local Government of Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The Local Government of Mabalacat City, Pampanga assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in preparation of their bids.
