Mode of Procurement: Small Value Procurement for all Items
Prospective Bidders should submit their Quotation to the BAC Secretariat and should have a track record of having completed or supervised a project by administration or by contract, similar to and a cost of at least 50% of the proposed project at hand. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening. Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), evaluation of bids. Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) or as applicable to the Mode of Procurement used in the Procurement of the items listed in the Purchase Request (PR) of the agency:
