Description
|
- The Municipality of Baliguian, call for quotation for the procurement of Vegetable seeds use for farmers supplies.
- The Estimated Budget Cost is One Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php100,000.00).
- Interested suppliers/bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee of the Municipality of Baliguian at the address given from 9:00am to 4:00am Mondays to Fridays.
- Quotation may be available by interested suppliers/bidders from October 25 2024 to November 7, 2024 from the address below.
- The Municipality of Baliguian will hold a pre-bid conference on October 25, 2024, 9:30AM and Bid-opening on November 5, 2024, 9:00AM at BAC Office, Legislative Building, Poblacion, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte.
- Bids must be delivered on or before November 5, 2024, 9:00AM BAC Office, Legislative Building, Poblacion, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s Representatives who choose to attend at the address given. Late quotation shall not be accepted.
- The Municipality of Baliguian reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected supplier/bidders.
