Zabali, Baler, Aurora Other Information INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Aurora State College of Technology, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project : CONSTRUCTION OF DORMITORY, ASCOT CASIGURAN CAMPUS Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱38,768,615.45 Location : ASCOT Casiguran Campus, Casiguran, Aurora Delivery Period : 360 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
