INVITATION TO SUBMIT PRICE QUOTATION The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all interested supplier registered with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), to quote their lowest price for the hereunder contract, subject to the General Conditions stated herein.

All quotations shall be considered as fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during contract implementation. Any erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the supplier or his/her authorized representative. The BAC is conducting the Alternative Mode of Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The quotation and eligibility documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 4:00PM, March 14, 2022 at the Procurement Office, NEUST, Gen. Tinio St., Cabanatuan City. The NEUST reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any minor defects therein, to reject all Quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s), and to accept only the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. The NEUST assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify Bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their Quotation.
