Description   INVITATION TO BID The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites entities to bid for the hereunder projects: Name of Project: Installation of 3 Phase Electrical layout from Genset house to MIC induction Furnace (1Lot) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): P 720,000.00 Location: NEUST All Campuses Contract Duration: 15 Days Fund Source: Income Bid Documents: P 1,000.00 Technical Specification/Description: (1 LOT) 1. 240m 200mm2 copper wires 2. Accessories for aerial materials construction works including secondary shield and cable conductor tie wire and others 3. Materials for conduit and excavation works including 4pcs 2 ½ RSC conduit and accessories 4. 2 pcs. 2 ½ uPVC conduit and accessories 5. Pull box, entrance cap and other materials accessories for preparation of excavation 6. Grounding rod and conductor copper grounding wire 7. Lugs and accessories for termination of feeder line from MTS to buss bar panel, 200mm2 long shank barrel copper, crimp type terminal lugs approx. 6pcs, 3 pcs solderless connector 500mcm run Scope of Works: 1. Installation of main feeder line 1-set 200mm2 copper conductor wire approximately 80 meters length area from main generator unit area at MTS across to equipment load facilities buss bar panel area. 2. Installation and mounting of secondary racks or messenger for and accessories across the wall structure of the building on the plan detail for aerial wiring construction. 3. Installation and mounting of RSc/uPVC pipe conduit and accessories along structural wall of the building area and generator power house area or elsewhere indicated in the plan detail for conduit and embedded wiring construction. 4. Preparation of pull boxes and excavation masonry works. 5. Installation of mounting of grounding rod near the buss panel elsewhere or outside the building area. 6. Termination of conductor wire from MTS to main buss bar butter including of lugs and accessories. GENERAL CONDITION: 1. Official Receipt of Payment of Bid Document 2. Certified True Copy of PhilGEPS Registration Number 3. Certified True Copy of BIR Certificate of Registration 4. Certified True Copy of Income Tax Return (stamped "received" by the BIR) 5. Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS) 6. Mayor's / Business Permit DTI/Sec Registration All quotations shall be considered as fixed prices and not subject to price escalation during contract implementation. Any erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the supplier or his/her authorized representative. The BAC is conducting the Alternative Mode of Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The quotation and eligibility documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 4:00PM, February 28, 2022 (Monday) at the Procurement Office, NEUST, Gen. Tinio St., Cabanatuan City. No fax or email quotation will be honored. The NEUST reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any minor defects therein, to reject all Quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s), and to accept only the offer that is most advantageous to the Government.
