Qualifications 1. At least a master’s degree holder in Statistics, preferably a doctorate degree holder in Statistics or other related courses; 2. With experience in survey and questionnaire design, preferably in agriculture and/or fisheries research; 3. With extensive experience in conducting research and surveys for government agencies; 4. With consultancy experience with PSRTI; and 5. Preferably with experience in studying policy, plans, and programs indicators in the Philippine Statistical System.
Responsibilities 1. Assist the project team in finalizing the data collection instruments and manuals necessary for the project; 2. Review and provide inputs in finalizing the definition, sources and measurement of NAFMIP indicators; 3. Review and provide inputs on the baseline data for the NAFMIP indicators sourced from the survey and secondary sources; 4. Assist the project team in data analysis and preparation of the project’s technical report; 5. Participate in meetings internal with the project team, and meetings organized by the DA; 6. Act as Resource Person during the presentation of results and other similar activities for the project; and 7. Maintain close coordination with the PSRTI on the implementation of the project.
Deliverables 1. Inputs to the Data Collection Instruments and Manuals; 2. Inputs to the Table Templates; and 3. Inputs to the Draft and Final Technical Reports – Includes the matrix of baseline data for primary and secondary NAFMIP indicators. |
