The maximum grade of the Pathway ranges from 22% to 27% higher than the grade criteria. The carriageway of all section is paved with 1.5 meter wide of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP) whose thickness is 0.15 meter and 0.1 meter thick of subbase course, In critical curve, the PCCP pavement it widened to 2.0 to serve as a Parkway. Side drainage and cross structures were also provided. The subproject is located in the Suage Subwatershed, Municipality of Januiay, Iloilo.
