Tinio (St.) Campus, Cabanatuan City The NEUST-BAC is conducting Small Value Procurement for this Contract in accordance with Section 34 of RA 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Bidding documents may be acquired from December 29, 2025-January 9, 2026 upon payment of the applicable fee pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of bids. Interested bidders are required to submit their duly accomplished Request for Quotation Form (Annex A) and documentary requirements (Annex B) in a sealed envelope on or before 5:00PM of January 9, 2026 at the BAC Secretariat, 1st Floor, LTC Building, NEUST, Gen.
