Name of Project: REHABILITATION OF ARCHITECTURE BUILDING A&B ELECTRICAL SYSTEM Location: NEUST Sumacab Campus, Cabanatuan City Approved Budget for the Contract: Php1,886,387.35 Contract Duration: 50 Calendar Days Source of Fund: INCOME Cost of Bidding Documents: Php 5,000.00 The schedule of procurement activities are as follows: Activities Schedule/VENUE 1.Advertisement, Sale and Issuance of Bid Documents October 7-14, 2025 2.Deadline for Submission of Bids (Manual Submission) October 14, 2025, until 5:00PM BAC Conference Room, 1st Floor, LTC Building, Gen. Tinio (St.) Campus, Cabanatuan City The NEUST-BAC is conducting Small Value Procurement for this Contract in accordance with Section 34 of RA 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Bidding documents may be acquired from October 7-14, 2025 upon payment of the applicable fee pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of bids. The Request for Quotation Form, Technical and Financial requirements must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 5:00PM of October 14, 2025 at the BAC Secretariat, 1st Floor, LTC Building, NEUST, Gen. Tinio St., Cabanatuan City. No fax or email quotation will be honored. Late submission will not be accepted.
