The quotation and eligibility documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before August 29, 2025 04:00 PM at the Procurement Office, NEUST, Gen. Tinio St. Campus, Cabanatuan City. Section 39 of RA No. 9184, requires the winning bidder to post a performance security, in such form and amount specified under Section 39 of the 2016 Revised IRR, prior to the signing of the contract as a measure of guarantee for the faithful performance of and compliance with his obligations under the contract prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents The NEUST reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any minor defects therein, to reject all Quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s), and to accept only the offer that is compliant with the law and requirements of the procuring entity.
