FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

The Aurora State College of Technology, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Contract (ABC) : Twelve Million One Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Two Pesos and Thirty Three Centavos Only (₱12,135,922.33)

Location : ASCOT Zabali Campus, Brgy. Zabali, Baler, Aurora

Delivery Period: : 180 Calendar Days

Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in Eligibility Forms) available for the execution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Eligibility Forms and Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos Only (₱12,000.00) for the bid documents to the ASCOT Cashier.

The Aurora State College of Technology assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. ASCOT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
