Any erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by the supplier or his/her authorized representative. The BAC is conducting the Alternative Mode of Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and Its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The quotation and eligibility documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before April 25, 2025, 5:00 PM at the Procurement Office, NEUST, Gen. Tinio St. Campus, Cabanatuan City. Fax or email quotations will not be honored. Section 39 of RA No. 9184, requires the winning bidder to post a performance security, in such form and amount specified under Section 39 of the 2016 Revised IRR, prior to the signing of the contract as a measure of guarantee for the faithful performance of and compliance with his obligations under the contract prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents The NEUST reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, to waive any minor defects therein, to reject all Quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s), and to accept only the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. The NEUST assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify Bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their Quotation.
