ASCOT Zabali Campus, Baler, Aurora Other Information INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Aurora State College of Technology, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MULTIPURPOSE SOLAR DRYING TRAYS Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱2,737,500.00 Location : ASCOT Zabali Campus, Brgy. Zabali, Baler, Aurora Delivery Period: : 15 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in Eligibility Forms) available for the execution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
