CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE AND FISHERIES LABORATORY BUILDING

Construction of new building facility using reinforced concrete structure framing system. The building will accommodate 2 laboratory rooms (dry) and space for a wet laboratory. It includes the complete installation of the plumbing system, electrical system, fire alarm, safety layout, and finishing works.

INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Aurora State College of Technology, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : CONSTRUCTION OF MARINE AND FISHERIES LABORATORY BUILDING

Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱14,475,078.33

Location : ASCOT Casiguran Campus, Casiguran, Aurora

Delivery Period : 180 Calendar Days

Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

7. Issuance of Notice of Award: Upon Approval of the ASCOT Board of Trustees (BOT)

Eligibility Forms and Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos ((₱500.00) and Fifteen Thousand Pesos (₱15,000.00) respectively to the ASCOT Cashier.

The Aurora State College of Technology assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. ASCOT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time before contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
