Income/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above 500K) Subject items must be completely delivered within twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order by the supplier at BFAR-RO 5 Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP160,000.00) only. All written proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 25, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address. This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically Small-Value Procurement under Section 53.9, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
