Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LAOAG CITY now invites bids for the Supply and delivery of Medical Supplies for use at the Laoag City General Hospital. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on March 13 – April 03, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P5,000.00. The LAOAG CITY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 20, 2024, 3:00 PM at Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Laoag City, which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before April 03, 2024, 3:00PM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. Bid opening shall be on April 03, 2024, 3:00PM at Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Laoag City.
