Request for Proposal
The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. 5 (BFAR RO 5), Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit written proposal for the Catering Services during the conduct of the Opening and Closing Program for the Installation of the 19th Regional Fisherfolk Director 2024.

Payment shall be made after every activity.
Together with the written proposal, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements: 1. Mayor’s/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration No. 3. Omnibus Sworn Statement 4. Income/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above 500K)
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Eighty Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (PhP180,125.00) only.
All written proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 11, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.
This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically Small-Value Procurement under Section 53.9, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
