Description   Request for Proposal The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. 5 (BFAR RO 5), Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit written proposal for the Meals during the conduct of the First Quarter Meeting of BIFERDEN-TWG for CY 2024 and “Training-Writeshop on Financial and Work Plan Preparation for Research Proposals” on March 19-22, 2024 at RFTFCD Training Hall, Tayhi, Tabaco City. Audio visual must be shouldered by service provider. 2. With free and unlimited flowing coffee and cream & bottled water for speakers. 3. To be served on March 19-22, 2024 at RFTFCD Training Hall, Tayhi, Tabaco City. Together with the written proposal, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements: 1. Mayor’s/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration No. 3. Omnibus Sworn Statement 4. Income/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above 500K) The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Ninety One Thousand Pesos (PhP91,000.00) only. All written proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of March 4, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address. This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically Small-Value Procurement under Section 53.9, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
