The total amount of sixteen million pesos (Php 16,000,000.00) shall be divided into four tranches given in a 4-year period. First tranche shall be made on the year GIS is completely installed, tested, accepted and used. The next tranches of four million (Php 4,000,000.00) each shall be paid every year thereafter until the total amount of 16 million is fulfilled. Warranty: All hardware such as the server and workstation and their peripherals including LAN devices are covered with 36-month warranty period. Service Support Pack Upgrade for workstation and maintenance warranty services such as upgrades, versions & maintenance of database should cover 3 years. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LAOAG CITY now invites bids for the Purchase of IT equipment’s, etc. for use by the Office of the Information and Communications and Technology Officer. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on February 23 – March 08, 2024 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P25,000.00.
