Defective items found upon delivery & commissioning must be replaced within seven (7) working days. 4. One (1) year warranty for parts & services. PhilGEPS Registration No. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PhP230,000.00) only. All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 26, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address. This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically thru Shopping under Section 52.1b and 52.2, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
