All written proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 12, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.
