Request for Proposal
The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. 5 (BFAR RO 5), Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit written proposal for the MEALS DURING THE CONDUCT OF GENDER SENSITIVITY, LEADERSHIP AND VALUES FORMATION TRAINING AMONG FISHERFOLK GROUP BENEFICIARIES OF SAAD PROGRAM PHASE II IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE.

To be served on: February 20-24, 2024 @ Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte March 5-7, 2024 @ Capalonga, Camarines Norte March 19-21, 2024 @ San Lorenzo, Camarines Norte April 9-11, 2024 @ San Vicente, Camarines Norte April 23-25, 2024 @ Mercedes, Camarines Norte 2. Payment will be every after the conduct of the activity. 3. With unlimited drinking water, coffee with creamer and steamed rice.
Together with the written proposal, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements: 1. Mayor’s/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration No. 3. Omnibus Sworn Statement 4. Income/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above 500K)
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Five Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Pesos (PhP576,000.00) only.
All written proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 5, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.
This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically Small-Value Procurement under Section 53.9, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
