Description   Request for Quotation The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Regional Office No. 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur is requesting from prospective suppliers to submit quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Various Netting Materials. Mayor’s/Business Permit 2. PhilGEPS Registration No. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP142,500.00) only. Subject items must be completely delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order by the supplier at BFAR 5 - Palnab Brackishwater Demonstration Fish Farm & Nursery, Palnab del Sur, Virac, Catanduanes. All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 5, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address. This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically thru Shopping under Section 52.1b and 52.2, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
