INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Aurora State College of Technology, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 3D PRINTING FACILITY
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : ₱ 426,610.00
Location : ASCOT Zabali Campus, Baler, Aurora
Delivery Period: : 20 Calendar Days
Prospective Bidders should have completed a similar project with a value of at least 50% of the proposed ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in Eligibility Forms) available for the execution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.
All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Eligibility Forms and Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) and Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00) for the bid documents, respectively to the ASCOT Cashier. The Aurora State College of Technology assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid. ASCOT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
