Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LAOAG CITY now invites bids for the Supply of Fuel (Gasoline and Diesel), Oil and Lubricants for use of different offices of the Laoag City Government from January to December 2024 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on December 13– December 26, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P25,000.00. The LAOAG CITY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on December 13, 2023 at City Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Laoag City, which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or December 26, 2023, 3:30PM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. Bid opening shall be on December 26, 2023, 3:30 PM at City Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Laoag City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
