Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The LAOAG CITY now invites bids for Supply and delivery of Agricultural Inputs and Livestocks for distribution to farmers, fisherfolks and livestock raisers affected by Typhoon Egay and Goring. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on November 14, 2023 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of P10,000.00. The LAOAG CITY will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 14, 2023, 3:00 PM at City Conference Room, City Hall Annex, Laoag City, which shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
